These characters aren't viewed very sympathetically by J.K. Rowling. <br /><br />One of the reasons that Harry much prefers Ginny to Cho is that she isn't emotional; from interviews with Rowling, she admits to disliking or not having patience with people who get very emotional or easily upset as Cho Chang does (I mean, her boyfriend HAD just been murdered!)<br /><br />Choosing "emotional" names for unsympathetic characters seems to be her way of letting us know that feelings are bad, or at least not good, not like intellectual types such as Hermione.Teddy Bluehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11378901507001179689noreply@blogger.com
